The representative arrived a bit late, but apologized profusely and politely. I was already impressed that I didn't have to leave my family to have service performed (and actually watched a PBS car enthusiast show while I waited!  Keith competently installed an iPod adapter to my factory head unit, tested it multiple times with me using my iPhone, and explained the functionality of my new toy my wife gave me for Christmas! This is definitely the kind of business I prefer to patronize!  Oh, and the others' comments on Top Notch's pricing are right on it, I got more value than I paid, and that's a good feeling!

I called him to hard wire a cable in my brand new Audi S6 and route it next to the rear view mirror.  I had tried to do it myself unsuccessfully.  He came to my house after calling him at 5:30pm on a Sunday night.  He was at my place by 6:30pm, out by 7:30pm.  Car looks perfect with no issues, cable works, cost $58, and he was clean.  Professional, the whole experience was seamless and very good.  Asked to make sure it was switched with the car on power, which he did successfully with no issue.  Accepted credit cards, and was very friendly.

Follow Up:  Noticed a small rattle in the car coming from the pillar.  He came 15 minutes later and fixed it no charge.  Awesome.

Needed a new radio for my car and Keith did a great job. My car's audio has never sounded better. Great job on my radio, power locks, and security camera. Next will be getting the remote ignition.

Easy to work with. Very reasonable people and won't mess with you. Keep it honest.
